As a husband, I don't really go out alone at all on a regular basis.
My wife also does not go out alone on a regular basis.

    We usually go out together.

The only time either of us goes out alone is on certain irregular occasions.

That's how we both like it.

Keith and I always go out together..The only time I can be alone is when I go to church or go to salon (but he still has to drive me to the place)

Neither of us go out alone although I'm more than happy for her to visit friends if I'm working late shifts but she seldom does.
We always go out together as to be perfectly honest we love each others company. Long may it continue.

hmmnnn im doing a poll coz my husband said its unfair that he's rationed to go out with friends (w/0 me) 2x a month and 2x a month diving (without me), so that's 4x a month...and with he's diving, if he for instance doesnt use he's priveledge, he can use it for the next month or so...no expiry...

whereas i don't go out except sunday going to church and buying some groceries. And the times we go out together or with the whole family.
Am I too bad (he said i am ) ?

Hmm...I thought it would be something like that.

You are young and pretty. Perhaps he is feeling insecure and afraid of losing you.

Not really, we go out as well but he also wants to go out with friends like he's male friends. So some of his diving group friends invites out, some different other frnds.
Its like Pablo invited tonight, tomorrow night its John and then next week its jacob...etc...so i limit him going out to 2x a month and 2x to his diving extravaganza.

Now he's here and he's telling me he should get credit because he cancelled some he's diving to other countries because im stuck here, and bec UKBA have got he's passport

ME living in a country side, doesn't have much luck to go out by myself as husband has to drive for me .
I must say in my 1 year and couple of months stay here, ME and husband always together when it comes to everything.. e.g church; going out with other friends; buying some groceries; and mind you at work also.. since I got my FLR (visa) i've been giving him a hand in his small business.
As far as I can remember, i've been out twice by myself, when I met some pinays in Edinburgh and Glasgow that's it

If someone can't trust their partner with a certain amount of freedom, they shouldn't be in a relationship in my opinion.

I know this fella married to a Pinay. Never let's her socialise on her own and when they're out walking about together, he's in front holding the kids hands and she's lagging behind.

    Smarmy ......!

Now I'm well-aware this might appear somewhat unusual to many, but MY wife and I enjoy togetherness 24/7. "How come?" you may ask. Simple ... I'm retired and Myrna was a former teacher in the Philippines. Nowadays, she says she's more than happy being a housewife caring for her husband.

Oh yes ... I'm on here for a substantial part of each day - often long after Myrna's gone to bed - but that doesn't really count. Besides, she has her laptop - which enables her to keep up to date on what is happening back home in her own country.

Idyllic life in so many respects. One that suits us both perfectly ... and I can't ever really recall feeling more content.

I've been out alone 1st when I tried to look for a Catholic church and check for their mass schedule, the next time is when I tried to use a bus on my own which ends up my husband fetching me , and third is when i successfully tried the bus. Thats within the 6 months of being here in the UK.

i don't go out with friends as I don't know anyone nearby (Filipino's), i go out with him, or sometimes with his friends. Its not really about trust issues, I just think he needs to limit because if all he's friends invites him out, he can't say no at all. He can invite he's friends over our place and that's unlimited though.
And we will adjust the no of times going out when I am allowed to work and have friends

Trefor is working at home so we are together 24/7 except on his business travels (1D1N - twice or thrice a month). He is such a cool husband. He loves to research and attend Filipino gatherings (christmas party, barrio fiesta) so I can meet new Filipino friends. He's not a catholic/religious guy but he voluntarily attends mass with me. He uses his work breaks to do food shopping with me. He is also my driving instructor. On weekends we do cycling, hiking, swimming and watching movie. Sports car is also a common interest so coming to car shows and watching race at silverstone is another bonding moment. I love meeting and having dinner with his friends and colleagues, they always offer me warm welcome.

Trefor is traveling tomorrow for 2D1N. Therefore, I have no choice but to do my ALONE routines. This includes but not be limited to: charity shopping, meeting friends in Reading, visiting Filipino-Asian food store, trip to Oxford or London, eating dried fish/squid, leg waxing and eyebrow threading.

Trefor feels guilty leaving me alone at home so a day before his flight he calls his family (specially mum) and ask some time to look after me. He always make sure that I'm happy and safe even we are distance apart.

Trefor indeed is a great person and I cannot ask for more.

I think you are member of the pistonheads forum like Trefor. Also, he has a feeling that you are driving a TVR too. Hope to meet you on the next race.

    Nice cars.

Your hubby obviously has a lot more money than me.

You can get auto models in some of the older TVR ranges.

They're all very rare and special.

Here's an S3 TVR 280i (convertible) Auto recently for sale for less than £4000. It will have power steering, and not too fast for you.
