confused about paying my visa application fee online... please help!!!

hello,
i need help guys....I am ready to send my online application minutes ago.. I want to lodge all my documents in Cebu office but when I clicked the "next" button after reviewing my application, A visa application location page pop out and shows that I must make my payment and visit their manila office..it says that my visa requirements have shown that as part of my visa application i must also book an appointment to submit my biometric data. the available appiontment location according to my visa requirements is only their manila branch and must pay my application online. :(

I have read in UKBA that all applicants who wish to lodge their documents in Cebu, can choose cebu...

Any of your guys who have had lodge your application in cebu? please share with me on what to do....

May I suggest you give VFS a call and ask them how to proceed.

UKBA site clearly states Cebu is also doing Biometrics

Please keep us updated, I will be doing the same in a couple of weeks, i.e. submitting the online application, paying by credit card online but with an appointment in Cebu. We have actually already booked the appointment at VFS Cebu so my wife can plan getting the ferry tickets/babysitter etc. Maybe we just get a manila apointment then cancel it as I know this is possible (I was playing around last week.....)
