I know fireworks have only been in vogue here for 12 years or so but it is interesting to see countries who have their own separate new year and a pariah state getting in on the act
China / Hong Kong
Dubai
Malaysia
Taiwan
North Korea

We were in London last night, shoulder to shoulder sardine tin embankment,I saw quite a few pinoys, the fireworks were the danglies, awesome, its handy living local but anyone who hasnt been try and make the effort and check it out one new year
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

Took Ruby to the display last year in London. Awesome stuff, and it's hard to find a better display anywhere else in the world, but that was bloody frustrating getting out! We got to Embankment around 6pm, got a bloody good spot infront of the Eye too. All we needed to do after the display was cross Hungerford Bridge, and get to Waterloo. My sister lives in Twickenham so we were staying there rather than fighting for the last train home to Dover. Well they shut the bloody bridge, and make you walk all round the block. Eventually having to get the Tube at Embankment (via Trafalgar Square, the long way round the top of Charing Cross Station, and then back down. Finally get on the tube, think our worries are over when we get off at Waterloo, only to find they shut off the entrance from the tube to train station, making you walk the long way around the block to get into the station itself. All in all it took us 4 hours to get from Embankment to Twickenham! Fireworks were great, but if you go be prepared for huge frustration!
For those interested, this was my video from last year
