The number you have dialled is either unattended or out of coverage area

Anyone else had this problem when phoning the phils?

it is either the number you are calling is no more available or the signal is bad.

Who you are calling to if you mind?

    Whereabouts in the PI?

There are applications now on mobile that you can use to ring the Philippines for free.

Here in ... we're treated to: "The number you have dialled has not been recognised".

... when you know full well the number you're trying to call DEFINITELY exists. ...

We are experiencing bad weather these days so I think its because of the signal. Try calling in other time.

... and don't get me started on those 0870 or 0845 numbers that seem to be "endemic" nowadays.
