Hi Andy we experiances this problem quite frequent when we are calling the Phils I think it is probably due to the poor network there still it is very frustrating at times

it is either the number you are calling is no more available or the signal is bad.
Who you are calling to if you mind?
Whereabouts in the PI?
There are applications now on mobile that you can use to ring the Philippines for free.

I know stevie very frustrating.
I was trying to contact my wife I know they have had some bad weather recently.

If she has a smart phone and a internet connection/wifi at home, she can use Viber app for Iphone and Android, I use it all the time and i never have problems
