How long does it take post to arrive from the phillippines ?

    Hi.

My girlfriend sent me a letter about two weeks ago from Cebu and I'm still waiting for it.

Can anyone say if thats about normal for Filipino post. Or do I consider it lost now :(

it defends how she sent it to you, if she sent it as priority mail, maybe two weeks before you receive it. Before sending anything to my husband, I always asked to the teller how many days does my husband can receive my mail.

    Hi Cheekee.

Are you expecting an important piece of document? When i asked for a copy of my authenticated birth certificate it took 3 days to be in the UK. My sister dropped-in on Friday afternoon through LBC Express then i got it on Monday morning delivered by DHL. May sister paid 2900 pesos.

On the other hand, if your girlfriend sent you a normal letter through philpost (with stamp worth 40-85 pesos depends on its weight) you might luckily received this between 4-6 weeks. The easiest, fastest and best thing to do is use email or skype .

    Ciao.
