Ukip to merge with the Conservatives
Surely a match made in heaven.
Nigel Farage, party leader of Ukip will demand that the British people as promised many times before will be given an in or out referendum on the EU.

At least I won't be the only lifetime conservative supporter voting for Ukip..in both local and national elections from now on.
Honestly Joe, you know it makes sense

and I'm sure there will be many labour voters who will vote UKIP but not if they join the Tories
Nigel Farage has said even b4 he talks of any deal he wants it writing in blood there will be a referendum.

I can't see myself voting for a party who's core manifesto is based solely on independence from the EU and has no seats in the House of Commons.

What's wrong with being out of Europe anyway? Norway manage outside of it okay.

Unless of course the Conservatives do some wising up, stop playing to tune of the grotesque liberals and start standing up to there true values.
If the Tories change back to Hague's style of leadership then they will have my vote back...until then (I wont be holding my breath) my wife and I will be voting Ukip.

Norway have loads of oil and are more self sufficient than us. But to be honest I dont know how it would affect us.

It'll free up hospitals thus making your lot easier. Even freeing up beds.
Free up council housing.
Basically a whole raft of good will come from it.
Im not the only forum member all for Ukip taking the reins.
These are the thoughts and wishes of the vast majority of the British electorate

Fair play to them. And you wont see me arguing with the black watch.

For some reason, I just pictured the Scottish border patrol on the north side of the border, as something like the opening scene of "Carry On Up The Khyber"

UKIP could be in the position of the Liberals after the next election. Why they would do a deal with the tories before the election is political suicide. The tories are only trying to protect some vulnerable seats.
Much better UKIP fight the election in all constituencies and then do their dealing when the votes are cast.
Surely the danger with doing any deals with the Tories before the election is it will instantly turn off those who are voting for change.

I should of course remind you all that Bob Crows NO2EU party is also in favour of a withdrawl from the EU

Yeah waiting to see what the locals do before the big one makes sense.
Perhaps Ukip are hedging their bets...we've been in situations before when people thought the right wing party will get a good showing then shot down in flames when the voters lost their nerve.
Gotta give Nigel Farage credit here...he's turned the party around......from what ive been reading these last couple of days.

Yeah, why not....the parties have much in common...like the senior MP said ...you even quoted i about the issue of EU membership....the senior Conservative MP also said they are not the extremists as perceived.
The Guardian newspaper has had many a tussle with Ukip printing basic untruths about them namely there association with BNP.
Merge, re alignment....all much the much Arthur...still an association in most peoples eyes
Thank heavens for the disclaimer warning.
