    fiance visa ( can i get one )

    one of the requirements of a fiance visa says you must marry within 6 months of entry .is this a strict policy because we can,t marry until my gf gets a divorce .we have been living in philippines 18 months .

    yes you have 6 months to get married or sooner

    yes within 6 months, but if you have lived together and have evidence you have lived together for at least 2years you might qualify for a 'unmarried partner' visa.

    ok thanks it looks like i,m gonna have to wait another 6 months before applying its just that this visa is so dam expensive its a lot of money to lose if i don,t get the paperwork done right
