As it's Formula One at Spa tomorrow...

Just a quick run in the 'Works' Bugatti Veyron.

Such a shame youtube changes the quality to 'crap' after uploading what is a perfectly good and smooth-running vid on my PC.

Not sure what happened with the final grid positioning today ....I haven't read about the reasoning behind it yet....I doubt if I will at least not before after the main event.

    Nice video Graham

Looks like it will be dry too, which will help keep speeds up .
    This is a FAST track.

I only 'drive' around these tracks in a simulated world, but I must say that it makes it so much more enjoyable watching the real races when you 'know' the tracks.

Even on the Xbox, Spa is one of the best...confirmed by the fact that in the online racing there's usually a queue to get on to a grid.

Yeah ...the Bugatti is fast but notoriously 'slidy' on that game, plus you can guarantee that if you video it, you're going have a rubbish lap. Useful that the Veyron is 4-wheel drive. lol

That was Shift2 unleashed, but I'm using Forza4 now. Lots of new tracks to learn. It's exclusive to Xbox though, whereas the Shift series are multi-platform.

I've won probably 50% of my online races, so not bad for an old bloke up against teenagers with faster reactions.

Get Forza4 for your Xbox !

    This vid is Forza4:-

The TVR Tuscan is a hard car to control because it's so easy to lose the back end. This is before I 'tuned' the car properly, so you can see that I'm struggling with it.
Uploading to youtube really degrades the game quality and makes it look 'jumpy', which is not the case at all in the actual game, where the graphics and sound effects are brilliant. Also, there is a massive range of cars to choose from, including loads of classics.
