The qualifying period (under old rules) for ILR is 24 months living in UK
The earliest you may apply is 28 days before the end of your qualifying period.
Your qualifying began the day you arrived to UK, which should be stamped in your passport.
Don't get too busy to study and pass that Life in UK test.
