Fees for Spouse visa (and bringing a minor child)

Hello everyone,

I have a question and I hope someone can help me out!

My English husband and I are currently applying for a spouse visa (settlement). I am also planning to bring our 3-year old daughter with me (not his biological child).

I have seen the fee (it's at around Php58k) for a Spouse Visa in the UKBA website but do we have to pay for my daughter's as well? Or is it just the spouse visa fee?

yes you do, 2 fee's as there are 2 applications(one for you and one for your daughter)

also beware of 'sole responsibility' concerning your daughter.

Yes I am aware of including (and proving) sole responsiblity and sole custody of my child in the application.

Which category does my child fall into? I have looked into the visa fees and they have different categories. By the way, my daughter is not my husband's biological child...
