On holiday recently in Spain I saw a sign that said........ English Speaking Doctor. I thought what a good idea, why don't we have them in our country.

Ironically, my wife finds the foreign doctors easier to understand. No joke.

reminds me of when i went with my misses (50 mile journey there and i was navigator ) to her very first job interview working as a SHO, the consultant who was suppose to interview her was in surgery, so she had to sit and wait outside, a Pakistani doctor went to tell her my misses was waiting, she asked the Pakistani doctor 'how was her english?" the Pakistani doctor said "ok", my misses english is perfect, but we could hardly understand a word the Pakistan Doctor was saying to us
