Hello everyone

I know I have come to the right place to ask so I hope you can help me out.

My fiance and I are planning to get married by end of May. He has his CNI secured in the UK and I am just clarifying the requirements I have to present with his UK CNI when he gets back to the Philippines. I have read that they are the ff:

-birth certificate
-Original passport
-If Anulled:
> Advisory of marrigae Record (CRS Form 5)
>Certificate of Finality
>Marriage Certificate with proper annotation

I have all now except for my CRS form 5 and the marriage cert with the proper annotation which I am still waiting.

My question is, do I need the last two (cert of finality and marriage cert with proper annotation) with the "red ribbon"? I think it's like an authentication from DFA and Malacanang....

I think I am confusing myself with visa application requirements.

Anyway, I hope someone here can clarify...

Thank you in advance!
