MP says, ‘Get lags to clean car litter’
Prisoners should be made to pick up rubbish thrown by motorists, an MP has said.
Tory Andrew Percy believes American-style chain gangs could clear up to 700million tons of litter from British roads.

Your human rights permitting you to do so = 0/10

When I moved house around 20 years to an ex prision estate house, a working party were litter picking on the estate, and the guard had them help carry our stuff in from the van
They were from what was then a low security prision, they seemed polite and we came up with tea and buscits

stupid thing is they will sue for back damage incured while bending down to pick up litter ,
if i remember rightly at petehead prison they sued because they didnt have toilets and had to slop out ,
