Rayna and other members - now we know a little more about your rash, and it seems likely to be related to UVA sensitivity rather than anything else, I have deleted my previous suggestions and added a post to " Sunlight "D"ilemma "

well some of the red spots on my arms have been gone and the ones left are a bit itchy (although it's bearable)! the ones on my legs are still there..I've put on sunblock for my face though (prescribed by my derma in the Philippines and I brought it here)..so some must be sunburn..some must be rashes.. oh well at least it's solvable and not very serious..THANKS for all the advice guys & gals!!!

Sounds like an allergic reaction to me.

Some chemical or other possibly, in the garden.

My ex came out in a really bad red rash after eating some Mussels...here in England.

I came out in a humungous rash after eating fresh tuna on an oil rig a few years ago. Had to take antibiotics for it.

Of course without actually seeing you I can only give an opinion, just like any other member. However, I don't think your rash has anything to do with heat, sweat or allergies. It is likely to be sensitivity to the UVA part of sunlight. The key to prevention is to use a good sunscreen, as outlined in the " Sunlight "D"ilemma " thread; protective clothing; and, even in the UK with this exceptionally sunny weather in March, avoid too much sun before it even reddens the skin .
