mortgage deeds ???
just read joebloggs support letter and he supplied mortgage deeds
are these 100% required ?
i have supplied up to date mortgage statements (1 1/2 years) to may 2007
description of property and photos
is these enough documents or do i need the mortgage deeds ???

oh, i think you dont need deeds, as in my case, the house i live in is owned by my mom outright with no mortage or loans on it.

after a quick phone call and a drive have the deeds in my hands
panic over

oh seeing you've got them, just get a solicitor to certify them, should only cost around £1 a page.. , keep the orginals safe, back in the bank

the reason why i said a certifed copy of the deeds, is becuase i live in my moms house, which she has owned outright without a mortage for 40+years, so in my case no mortage to show..
