Are you self employed, or employed by a company ?
If a company, surely they pay your salary into a bank account ?
If self-employed, surely people pay you by cheque / banker's draft ?
I find it impossible to believe that you haven't a bank account of any description. No man is an island, but Barry is

Then if he gets paid in cash, he'll need to supply his pay slips & P60.
Although, how he proves his incomings vs outgoings on a monthly basis, to the satifaction of the ECO, is likely to be a difficult (but not impossible) task.
.... as there's no "official" statement to back it up (ie bank statements). No man is an island, but Barry is

I assumed Dess was the sponsor....
If he/she isn't, then there's no need for bank accounts, or employment pay slips etc is thereNo man is an island, but Barry is

Hi there dess, welcome to the forum.
I think you're worrying yourself too much. I'm pretty sure that the UKBA do not require you to have a bank account and I don't think there is anything in the application form that suggests that.
Your fiance is your sponsor and you will be making application to settle in UK.
UKBA are more interested in the finances of your fiance to prove that he can support you without using public funds.
The UKBA page specifically for Fiance(e)'s is here
It's well worth taking a look and checking out the links provided.

Hi Dess you dont need to have a medical all you need is to have an chest xray for tb then present this at the airport in the uk.
I think its only the two london airports that ask for the xray if you do not have it wit you then you may be asked to have the xray taken at the airport or you will be sent an appointment to have an xray at your local medical centre here in the uk.
