    i need an answer if i need my husband to sign if i purchase a lot here in Philippines...me and my husband are not in good terms...were separated for 3 years now. looking forward for your replies guys.

    you said in your other thread that you are married to a foreigner?...I dont see any problem if its ''your'' own money that you'll use to purchase the lot because you are a filipino citizen....
    now, if you plan to use ''his'' money to purchase the lot it would be so unfair to your husband , since you are still married but not in good terms and not include him in deed of absolute sale.
