Permanent structures to live in on walled & gated compounds with plenty of vans to go out in for conning and stealing

Of course it provides a good standard of living when you don't pay Income Tax, VAT or national Insurance, deal exclusively in cash you bullied or extorted out of OAP's for shoddy tarmac and block paving work and act as a fence for stolen goods
