VISA Change?
I currently have a residency visa which was given under Surinder Singh case.My husband is Brit and was practicing Treaty Rights when we lived in Czech Rep.Now we have moved here and UK..which my visa say's it's valid for 5 years..I'm not sure what follows after that..if I have to apply for a settlement? It's just so complicated. Now my husband is planning to work abroad..Which I'm not mistaken my VISA(Residency) will be affected if he will work abroad and I have to join him?
So would it be more easier to go back in Phils and get a spouse visa and that would just take 2 years for settlement? I have already passed my Life in the UK test..so that would be much easier and I have already been working here in UK..
Please help!!

after residing here for a continuous period of 5 years you can but dont have to apply for a PERMANENT RESIDENCE CARD (PR) using form EEA41 which is similar to ILR.
I don't think that you may switch to FLR(M) because you have no leave to remain
