    special visa

    has anyone had a special visit visa to marry and what they had to do i know she cant work and its for 6month has i have been ill we thought this will be a way she can be with me then marry in mean time get my work sorted and money plus does anyone know if it would be possible to get a spouse visa here without her returning to phil any help will be great many thanks

    Nice if it could be done hawk, but it cannot.
    A special marriage only visa is intended for those people who wish to marry in UK (and maybe have honeymoon) then return home.
    It is not a settlement visa. She would have to go back to Pinas and make a spouse application.

    The spouse visa application would be evaluated on it's own merits.
    It would need to be fully compliant with UKBA requirements.
    There would be no 'visa benefit' for you in your travel history.
    However your presence may provide a good moral support for her.

    just new ti this forum,,and i want to ask some questions to all the members had a lot of expirience about visa, got all my papper works done and ready to submit to UKBA.am applying for VAF1F or marriage visa.what will be the main reason why sometimes UKBA refused this kind of visa?

    most is not having your papers in order something missing have you looked at ukba check list ?if you type in check list in search at top you should be able to see what other have said as 1st have you done cenomar 2 your ielts without this you cant apply for visa
