I would suggest that you copy everything at least once for YOURSELF and once for the authorities. There is recent thread on express parcels , I think DHL/FEDEX topped out as safe and reliable but not the cheapest
good luck and hope you are healthier these days and coping with stuff easierLive your life for a reason and don't worry be happy

Hi Tony send your documents with http://www.interparcel.com/ it's been recommended many times & it's what we just used. It is DHL, who will actually deliver it.
Tony, this is very important, please please read all the requirements on the UKBA site.
I know people have sent you the links, as I've read your recent posts...It appears you haven't read them, as it clearly states, you need to send copies of everything. (originals & a copy).
I say this, as we got confirmation of our spouse visa yesterday. We spent a lot of time, on our application & went through everything, very thoroughly.
We could have failed quite easily, as one area was weak, but I explained everything in as much detail as I could.
We really want you to succeed & you can, if you take the time to do it properly.

Tony, all the luck in the world to you mate, your ok
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

thankyou all, ive made copies of all the originals and scanned everything to my computer also, just need to get the co-sponsors papers of my wifes sister and copy then, then put all my documents into order. but i cant see anywhere on the ukba site that tells me where to put the copies, the site seam to leave us all guessing the details,
-

Good idea, putting a co-sponsor letter in. Any extra evidence, can only be good.
Just make an ordered pile, of your original documents & a pile of your copies, in the same order. (2 piles)
I put them in 2 plastic folders, to post to my wife. She then arranged them, to suit, with all the documents she had.
Good luck! Tony, keep us posted.

one thing I found is that my documents sat in the post office in Manila until my (now) wife actually went down and inquired if there was anything for her. They didnt bother ringing to let her know they were there, or deliver them to her address.

il get all the papers packaged up before monday, then ill visit the dhl place to see how much,
should i just package it in brown paper and brown tape, as i think that dhl will put it in one of there boxes anyway.
onelast question, should i print 2 copies of my chat logs?
most of my chat logs are msn spreen prints, one chat per month, between 3 to 7 prints per chat, guys i think its best to stick with yahoo as msn is pretty useless, it only saved chats from oct 2010, all before that has gone, but my wifes is before that and ive had to get her to to learn how to do screen prints ect, was nearly mission imposible hehe,

Yes Tony print 2 of everything, put one copy of chatlogs, in with the original docs & one in with the copies. There must be 2 of everything.
You need to package them properly, or they may charge you extra.
I put ours in 2 plastic folders, as mentioned above, then both in a big jiffy bag, then in one of those tough postal bags.
Screenshots of chatlog dates are good, that's all we submitted. They're not looking for all the actual chats.

Are you sending it tomorrow? Good luck! Tony...rooting for you here.
Have to say, I didn't get my passport certified, as I read others didn't & thought it an unneccessary expense, I could do without.

You need to supply a photocopy of EVERYTHING in your visa app for the VFS to keep.

Hi Lady_Ivy, well I decided not to. I have multiple entries into the Philippines, stamped in my passport & I guessed they could have checked me out, if they had wanted to?
I copied it twice, one in with the originals & one in with the copies & signed & dated them both myself...I suppose, there is a small risk, doing this?
Good luck! with your test result.
