I know a captain who I worked with for a while who lives in olongopo, apprently him and a few mates went on a motorbike ride up there a few years ago. He says they rode inot the place, bloke was a sleep in the guard hut. Just rode in, parked up and went for a wonder. Its amazing that they would build something that expensive on a known fault line. Still stranger things have happened at sea.
