having hard time to look for a flight to Austria

Hi guys,

We are looking for a flight from Cebu to Austria or Manila to Austria. Since its not yet final that I have a visa coz we are still on our way to apply for a visa. Just for proof purpose so it must be refundable and cheap. Please can anyone help us. :/
