help remembering old tv play

I'm on another tv nostalgia trip just downloading "The flipside of domanic hide" about an 80s time traveller.
But I'm trying to remember an play called something like mr Islingtons angel-about a pretty secretary who comes to work for this grumpy boss and she melts his heart
Not seen it in years can anyone remember it?

It was a one off play and achieved some acclaim
It was black and white I think,The boss was stuffy and square and the secretary caused havoc messing up but won the boss over.
She was cute British actress with blonde hair.
Maybe called julie,julia something like that in real life.
