Meeting Filipino girls in the UK
Hi Guys I'm new here my name is Andrew.
I've travelled a fair bit around south east asia so I'm not a newb as such. Going to Phils in December mainly for a normal holiday tbh. The problem with meeting girls on such short trips is your just not together long enough to make any real decisions about girls imo.
I was considering trying to meet a phils girl that was already in the UK, looked on DIA and Filopino cupid and not had much luck.
Anyone got any suggestions where could be other good places to meet phils girls in the UK?
Thanks

Hi Andrew, Welcome here,
there is a filipino festival at Campbell Park in Milton Keynes on 25th & 26th June.
Perhaps you could come along to that and meet some people!
Good luck

Loads of them,I sat in a KFC packed with them last sunday right across from a pinoy religion HQ in west-london,one question though, why does it have to be pinays?
Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.

Hospitals ! My wife's a nurse & lots work in healthcare. I'm trying to fathom out a reason for being in one if you're not a patient or visitor As Alanmf1 suggested you could go along to some of the upcoming fiestas - search for threads that give dates etc or have a look at http://www.adoborice.com/filipino-events.aspx
Good luck

I did mate, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on anything. I know from using other forums that searches can be a bit hit and miss.

being referred to as a "bird" and "prospect" are words some Filipnas here might read as disrespectful or a bit of a lad!!!! hehhehe, good luck with your search, pity you cannot make Sat/Sun in Brum, their battle of the bands have some great bands/singers.
Live your life for a reason and don't worry be happy
if you don't know where you are going then any road will do!!

Well ive travelled around asia for years and though I know this is going to annoy lots,, ive found those outside uk are interested in me,, thoughs already here are not. If you go out, you very rarely see them mix with anyone from outside their nationality. Those I do see with english husbands, met them outside the uk. I used to go to resturants and clubs around london, that were filipino and thai, and even though i was there regular i was treated as an outsider and a pervert . I have tried numurous dating sites and get a 99% reply rate from those outside uk and zero response from those in uk.
I have now given up trying to find a lady from asia.
Now this is my point of view from my experience.

Interesting point of view nutter36, seems to be a little bit logical, but not actual from my experience.
I would agree that most of the married couples you meet with brit husbands met outside UK. But from my experience most of those not already married are very open minded about "husband material".
I do think you have made a valid observation though.

I've got NO chance here then.
I am willing to sacrifice a few weeks in England's fair and sunny land to have a look in the Phils though.
Sometimes the trouble with people who've travelled Asia a lot is that they're expecting the expat Filipinas and Thai girls here to act like bar girls, or they at least start recounting their travel 'experience' in a way that would be most insulting and presumptuous to Asian girls here.
Try that sort of approach on my step-daughter (22 and lived here since the age of 7), and you'd likely get a kick in the nads.
