Is CNI necessary for fiancee visa application?
Hello Folks, I really need an advise if it is very important for my fiance to present a CNI for my fiancee visa application if his ex civil partner is not a British national, though he has his decree absolute? thanks and looking forward for your helpful tips.

dont know if this will help but here goes if you got absolute then it should be ok but you can still go get a cni but you dont say who needs if your coming to uk you dont need one anymore if your going phil then yes in uk it is about £33 takes 21 days from your nearest registra office in uk hope this helps as regs change its allways best check first with visa app centre good luck
