Another sham marriage busted

Exactly - if the UKBA didn't have to continually spend resources on the law breakers a better, swifter and fairer service could be provided to those following the legal route into the UK.
We need a zero tolerance policy towards illegals and foreign criminals plus immediate deportation with no right of appeal for failed so called "asylum seekers" aka illegal economic migrants. All the present policy does is to allow them to play the legally aided appeal route for years - once they do run out of appeals instead of being manacled and taken to Heathrow many are released after being served with papers politely asking them to leave the country

another Pakistani arrested, but this time 2 of them have been remanded in custody, while another got bail. good to see the gov making use of the detention and prison service
