UK Unions
When you start work in a UK Hospital you are covered fully by European Human Rights laws, and on top of that, although you will not initially be part of a Union, they will offer you FREE support if you require it.
Membership to a Union is only a few quid a week, and can give you something to fall back on, so it is worth asking around.
The main Union nursing site I believe is www.rcn.org.uk/Regards,

Re: UK Unions
Filipino Nurses would be better off joining the Union Unison as they are powerful and have their own lawyers and case workers, should a filipino nurse require help against exploitation or any other matters.
