    Renewal of Passport.

    Hi,
    I just got married recently to my briish husband and my passport is about to expire this year. I will get a new passport, is it possible to use his surname with my new passport cuz were planning to work on my visa soon. Thank you for your help. God bless.

    Yes, you can "take" his name for your new passport if you so wish.

    ... but it will have no bearing on your visa application.
    That will stand or fall on the information you provide in your application.

    Congratulations on your recent . It's not essential that your passport be in your husband's name for the purpose of applying for a visa ... but makes sense that it IS when you're having to renew it anyway. Good luck with your application for Settlement.
