    HI all i need comments on this matter i am getting married this september in the philipines but the thing i worry about is her getting a visa as i do not work and claim incapacity benefit what is the chance of her getting a visa if i do not work with reference to being able to support her.

    Take up pro-gambling and get a few grand in the bank. It's not so much your on benefit, it's more you have to prove you have the savings to support her. £5000+ is usually enough, as it proves you have disposable income left.

    The only proof I had was my war pension at the time my wife applied for her visa.

    thanks for the reply i actually have £10,000 in savings so will i be able to apply as this problem is really stressing us out.
