2 year family visit visa to spouse visa
How strict are they on the 6 month maximum stay? can it be averaged out?
How long do you have to leave the UK before coming back?
We are planning on going back in Feb (if the visa is approved) but we cant apply for the spouse visa until september. i am just trying to work out all options

Got a call from the embassy in Brunei today, passport is back and ready for collection... (will have to wait till Monday before we pick up though) nervous on the outcome, but outcome does look good as we only submitted the passport last Wednesday here in Brunei and its back already from Manila....hopefully one hurdle down
