    im not feeling good this past few days, got flu and fever.. worst my headache is killing me... ..

    There's an entire thread on this forum called "Coughs, colds and flu" which is in the "Living in the UK , Tips & Advice" section.
    Of course you can also get all three in the Philippines.
    If it really is flu then you need paracetamol and bed rest. Both are very cheap. Take care .
