    A 'shameless' Romanian gipsy who stole at least £113,000 in benefits to fund a life of luxury has been jailed for three years.

    Illie Schian, 47, bought sports cars, motorcycles, quad bikes and electrical goods with money he received from British hand-outs.

    They would have taken everything he had left off him, although it's all sold at auction so they'd get little back compared to what he stole.

    Does it report that though ? No mention either of him to be deported once he's done his sentence

    Is deportation after sentence completed the norm though ? - if it was and it was reported it would assuage the anger of folks like me

    i think gov guidelines are if a non brit serves at least 1yr in prison they should be recommended for deportation

    Needs to be mandatory not recommended and down to some limp wristed judge
