    David Cameron unveils 'enterprise visa' plans

    He has already indicated employees of multinational firms will be exempt from the government's immigration cap.

    so multi-nationals could bring who they wanted here and be exempt from any cap, for example large Indian IT companies could bring people to the UK and sub contract them out
