Just means that the money will come from a different govt bucket (UKBA)

It always was the UKBA pot that the untold £££'s were coming from - hopefully this will make it a bit more difficult for the UKBA to fund these peoples lifestyle ie they will be dealing with lots of private landlords which might cause them to rethink the whole shambolic affair. Also public housing is no longer being ringfenced for economic migrants who've binned their passport and jumped off the back of a lorry.

Exactly there are plenty of empty military bases which could be put to good use. They should all be rounded up and put there under lock and key in basic conditions with a minimal diet while their cases are decided. Immediate deportation with no right of appeal for those refused asylum. Once the message got out that the UK was no longer a benefits fuelled gravy train the number of so called asylum seekers would rapidly dwindle.
