hello omskie welcome here
Sponsorship Undertaking form or Declaration form is only to be use in visitors visa application / settlement:parents, grandparents, other dependent relatives. and NOT for fiance visa application.
You need to write a letter of support for your fiance and it doesn't need to be notarize.''Don't be serious..Be Sincere''

you need to get your parents to write a letter of support stating that you can stay there until you find your own place, and that their home will not be over crowded with you both living there, also evidence they own it or rent it (and if its rented permission from wh oever owns it, for your g/f to live there)

My fiancee submitted the application last monday. She got an email that "a decision has been made" for her application and that they've sent it through courier. Hopefully it's a good decision.
