ILR Help! 18 years old..
Hi!
I am really stuck and baffled whether to apply using the Set (O) or Set(F) form. Here's my position : I am 18 years old and have been staying here in the UK for the past three years. I have a dependant visa (my mom's applying this year for the ILR status and so is my dad and my 2 under-18 siblings - [dad and 2 siblings are applying with my mom]) and so depends financially to my parents.
I thought I can apply with the rest of my family but it seems I can't do that. Really need your help with this. Any useful comments will be appreciated.
Thanks!
