    Holiday over back in the UK

    Hi everyone, arrived back in Edinburgh on Tuesday night from the Philippines. Finally met minie (and a number of her close family). I had a lovely time while I was in the Philippines (was a little hot for me though) and while I was with minie. I found minie to be a wonderful, intelligent, caring and beautiful girl and while in boracay after she finished praying in the church I asked her to marry me. To my delight she said yes. I cant find the words to truly describe how happy being with minie makes me feel.

    thank you everyone for the kind words and support. .
    yeah boracay was very very nice, and minie is very religious so i asked her when we where in the church there. she had just finished praying (i'm not religious i was just sitting quitely beside her) and i asked her to marry me and she said yes. thought asking her in the church would mean more to her than asking on the beach or in an resturant. we have been looking at what kind of wedding to have. minie would like a church wedding in her home town but we have some issues in doing that as i am not bapitsed or a catholic and they are requirements in getting married there. but early days still looking and planning. again thank you everyone
