our wedding plan...
Hi Guys,
Some good news we would like to share with you all. We’d just wanted to let you all know that we are planning to get married on 18th June 2011. We would like to get married at the San Antonio De Padua church in Tagaytay Cavite (but don’t know if we can do it due to the time it takes to process the documents, have the interview with the parish priest and everything else that goes along with getting married in the Philippines). On top of that I can only get 3-4 weeks off work which may not be enough to get everything sorted out in time, If people have encountered the same problem before with getting married in a church or can help to come up with anything we can try apart from me leaving work please let us know as your help would be appreciated.
Ok getting back to the important stuff, we are not yet sure where we are going to hold the wedding reception, however we are looking at the One Tagaytay Palace Hotel or the Summit Ridge also in Tagaytay, we are on a budget so if anyone else knows somewhere nice but yet reasonable please let us know it will be appreciated.

hi! there are lots of good restos in tagaytay that has function rooms to cater wedding receptions...
choice of venues would depend on your budget and of course the number of attendees, and the proximity to the church where the wedding will be held (if this is an issue).
if you could provide more info, i might be of help
congrats to the both of you

3-4 weeks should be more then sufficient, as long as you your Certificate of No Impediment in the UK and head straight to the British Embassy the day you arrive and take it to Cavite. Your other half could go and talk to the Priest now and start getting things rolling.
Have you been married before? This is one item which could throw your plans a little bit.
