do i fill the form online and make appointment or do I ring to make appointment and take my filled out visa form to manila?

Just book an online appointment at vfs website, print it and present it when you lodge your application. If you're there a bit early (7am-8am) you could be a walk-in applicant

Application form can be filled up online but need to print out when you submit all your documents. Or print out the application form and fill it up yourself.

With regards to appointment; you can book via their website and need to print that off too because they will actually look for it when you get to the VFS.

Remember to have photocopies with all the documents when you submit your application. Goodluck!
