Well ... I've HEARD of red ribbons/seals &c. But, to be honest, I've never really been entirely sure of their significance. And, since you already HAVE your fiancee visa, NSO-authenticated birth certificate and CENOMAR in any case, the best plan would be to take all your documents WITH you when you GO there ... if only to keep your mind at rest and avoid any likelihood of hassle!
Good Luck, and

Hello there and Welcome to the forum!
Its not in Malacanang Office that you have to go, its in the DFA. But one thing im not sure is if it is necessary to get those when you get marry in the UK.
Lots of people here will answer your doubts soon.
Just relax..I'm a cruel and heartless bitch but I’m damn good at it!

Yes you are right. I had enough trouble with the way they process documents here in the Philippines. And you have to qeue up all day and in the end you go back after a week?
But nevermind as you now have your visa and will be leaving soon. When you look back you will realized how patient you were from going through the sickness of process your papers.
You can ring up the DFA to ask how long do they seal and give red ribbons and do you have to pay for it.
And best is to ring up the UK Embassy too and ask if it is necessary to get your Birthcertificate and Cenomar sealed and red ribboned before you marry in the UK. Im sure that will save you time and effort aswell as money.I'm a cruel and heartless bitch but I’m damn good at it!

Hi you're granted a fiancee visa already so nothing to worry...it is not necessary to have a red ribbon for NSO Birth Certificate and CENOMAR, it will just take time to process and it's expensive.
When getting married in UK your passport and fiancee visa stamp on it are the most important documents you need to show in UK registry office, other documents you can produce as soon as you get there like NHS card, council tax or billing statements.
Good Luck, Have a safe trip and BEST WISHES!Don't make promises when you are in JOY. Don't reply when you are SAD.
Don't take decisions when you are ANGRY. Think twice, Act wise. BE happy.
