My wife has her Visa now! YAY
YAY
so very happy,
my wifey has her visa now, it arrived today YAY
The wait for the passport to be couriered was longer than the wait for the processing!
From her submission, to their completion of the "processing" it took - i think - 2 working days!
Because our app was ultra-organised with neurotic precision
so she will be coming here with me in November - I go to the Phils for a holiday from Oct 01 - Nov 01!
YAY I am so happy, the waiting is over and the celebration time can begin
Thanks to everyone who supported me
Arthur
Clarrise
Liane
S_N_V
and everyone else - you know who you are
thanks
It has finally happened
(NB: This post was going to be entitled, "I have 99 problems but a visa ain't one, but you probably wouln't have clicked, right?)

Had [another] late night ... so have only just logged-on to read the glad tidings of great joy you bring, James! Many Congratulations to you and your missus ... I never doubted for one moment that all the meticulous preparation you both put into your application would pay off in the end!
