    Moderators

    A moderator is a person who helps others to solve a dispute, chairs a debate, controls exam papers (), controls forum threads, and monitors or occasionally bans members
    It's a responsible and time-consuming position, not achieved without special talent, expertise, and regular contributions which earn respect and trust
    Arthur, Penny, and Rayna are now moderators. Clearly I'm not the first to know but I would like to congratulate them and members should celebrate their promotion as everyone gains from their dedication
