urgent help!!!!

hey guys!

i need some urgent help. i had a smart buddy sim card bought form philippines and activated roaming. wored fine but now im not receiving any texts. i still have signal but i gues its expired.

my question is how can i activate it again? will sending it load actvate it ??/ or do i need to ring up the smart customer services, and how can i do that if im in the UK?

you can send an email to smart costumer service to reactivate ur sim and ask your relatives in philippines to put credit on it 115 pesos...

Hi, you just ran out of credit. You only need to top it up. Ask a relation to text you but if you have no credit you will not receive it. Top up for smart start from P60.

I really love to help you but too bad I'm using globe I dont know what number to call in Smart....
I got the same problem last 2 months. What I did is I just talked to the customer service and they sorted out...
