New Visa Requirements In French Embassy, Manila
NBI clearance authenticated by dfa and malacanang!!!
when I applied for my spouse visa, year 2004, they didnt require any NBI certificate???!!
now they do!!!
my children, to have their visa to go to France, has to provide them with nbi certificate with malacanang and dfa authentication and to facilitate these documents took 6 days at least!
just for infos. Its getting stiffer these days eh?

Your Spouse visa was a Schengen 3 months visa (short stay tourist visa under Schengen rules), your Children should have a 12 months long stay visa. Rules are different, Schengen ones applies only for up to 3 months visa.
Best regards.
