Merry Christmas to you and yours ... and all the best for 2010.

For the purposes of taking out a life insurance policy you WOULD, to the best of MY knowledge, be considered a UK resident ... so no worries!!

I don't know what ILR is but I think that they are asking you if you are a UK resident or not. I suggest that you tell them your status in marriage/work/whatever and don't give them any money or sign anything until you have a letter from them on headed notepaper saying that THEY recognise you as UK resident for the purposes of the policy. Don't declare it yourself, make them confirm it to you, otherwise if something bad happens they can weasel out of paying your loved ones, hope this helps :0) Put the onus on them please....

hello lizaphil merry xmas and yes its a hard life but we got to do it..enjoy and yes having ILR makes you UK resident and even if it was FLR still you are

the only difference between them two is that ILR is the type of visa with NO restriction of your stay in the UK
If it's not life threatening IGNORE it .. .
