not happy with putting up the interest rates on credit cards when payments on savings go down, i bet charges go up again now they have carte blanche to do as they please

Really, the moral of this story should be very simple to understand......
If you don't want to get charged exorbitant amounts of money, then don't get overdrawn......
Like the Meerkat says in the advert..... "simples".....
Banks are not charities they are businesses, they are there to make money.....
So if you don't want them to have any, don't give them the opportunity to get it off yah.....
