Might just be a dead person for you.. but for thousands of Filipinos who lined the streets, amidst rain and heat, just to pay their last respects to a well-loved icon of democracy.. she's more than just a dead body.

I'm guessing you're not a Filipino hence this very naive remark and disrespect.

To the moderator, sorry for the reaction, unpleasant it may seem. As a Filipino, it's in our culture to pay respect to the dead, moreso for someone who has dedicated her life to serving our countrymen.
