All of us on this forum will feel empathy for this couple.

It is uncomfortable to hear about their plight, imagine how much more uncomfortable it is for them.

I think they have to look at every option.

The way I understood it a couple of days ago was that they were not at fault with applying for the visa.

Someone at the other end mislaid the photographs and that led to some kind of delay....

Anyway, cannot see what the problem is.
It was not a forced marriage.
They married before the law came into effect.

The injustice of some ridiculous rulings and laws...

yes they married b4 the law changed, i take it she came on a fiancée visa, but then they i think they lost her passport? but also she applied to extend her visa (flr) a few days late. should never apply late - breech of your visa.

but the MP said they can not apply the law to only Asian countries , it has to apply to everyone, why ? when most if not all the problem is from a small number of countries. the HO asked people from certain countries to have a TB test b4 coming to uk, so how can they do that, but not ask for those where forced marriages takes place should be over 21.

I thought the law originally written with a degree of latitude written into it for cases such as this? Hopefully she will get to stay but that would set a precedent that others could follow,I wonder how the government play this one

Sometimes you're flush and sometimes you're bust, and when you're up, it's never as good as it seems, and when you're down, you never think you'll be up again. But life goes on.
The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. True beauty in a woman is reflected in her soul. It's the passion that she shows to the outside world.
