    need advice

    i hope joeblg can read this or any one who got knowledge on my queries..
    im here again need advice..i have posted already in other thread this ..


    thanks for all the reply..the case im talking was already filled on the court which case is fall under judicial Dispute resolution (JDR)..the one involve is my friend whi is about to apply settelement visa for UK..its not his sponsor or his husband in any kind..long strory but she is the one who is involve to it and must be in court hearing to settele its about money obviosly but as not as big but must settle..no..not staffa or any kind of criminal case.. wory if how does it affects in aplpying her spouse visa..in opinion would be great..

    i only want to ask if having a case on court does affect us in applying a spouse visa..

    case im talking about is not criminal..nor civil case..it was fall under Judicial Dispute Resolution.. (JDR) involve about money debt....already been filled and ready for hearing at any time..worry if it wil afffect the appplication of her spose visa to be applied soon.

    6.10 Have you ever been charged in any country with a criminal offence for which you have not yet been tried in court (including traffic offences)?

    sorry for asking again..is that consider criminal case (Judicial Resolution dispute)
    if so...does it affects it big deal on the applicatyion for visa..
    or if posssible cant she notmention it or would the emabassy can know you had case ..on court filled.?

    Dont tell not to metion Ross, If they discover it by checking individual application it will affect to her application, so be honest tell to your friend

    hi Ross, I think it will better if she will be honest with her visa application because the ECo will surely scrutinized all the document that she's going to submit and as you've said the case can be settled.

    Goodluck with her application and hoping her case will settle as soon as possible,,
